  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Import Schedule data from an IPMDAR Data File

Use these steps to import IPMDAR schedule data.

Note: In order to import schedule data from an IPMDAR data file, you must first select the IPMDAR Schedule Data option under the Get External Data From group on the Platforms (IPMDAR) page of the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box.

To import schedule data from an IPMDAR data file:

  1. On the S1 // Projects tab, if you want the imported data to be added to an existing project or snapshot, select that project/snapshot in the Projects pane before starting the import. If you do not want the data added to an existing project, select the workbook before you start the import.
  2. On the S1 // Projects tab, in the Get External Data From menu group, click IPMDAR.
  3. Browse to and select the schedule data file (.zip) that you want to import and click Open.
    If you selected the Automatically Import Schedules option on the Deltek Acumen Options Platforms (General) tab, the project is automatically imported into Acumen. If you did not select that option, the project is linked to Acumen, and your next step is to import the project data into Acumen.
